Australian Schools and Government Agencies

Australian Schools and Government Agencies are welcome to purchase with Purchase Order.

Please follow the steps below if you are first time customer:

  1. Register as a customer using our online registration page.
  2. Send us an email via contact us page indicating your intention to order with Purchase Order.
  3. We will update your account and send you an email confirming the activation.
  4. Order products required, select payment with Purchase Order and finally enter the PO number.
  5. Email us your official Purchase Order after receiving the order confirmation email.
  6. We will ship your order after the PO has been verified.

Return customers please proceed to order directly.


The prices throughout this site are in AUD and include GST. We make every endeavour to maintain prices on our website. However, factors beyond our control (such as charges in foreign currency exchange rates, changes in base material costs, etc.) may vary costs and we reserve the right to amend prices accordingly.

If you require a Tax Invoice, please indicate in the comment box when you order or alternatively contact us anytime after the order.


We operate a 30 days Change of Mind policy for unused items excluding semiconductors and electronics components. To be accepted for return on this basis, Goods must be returned in their original condition for receipt by us within 30 days of delivery. We only refund the product price, shipping charges are not refundable. Prior to returning any Goods to us for any reason, the Customer must contact us to obtain a returns authorisation number, RMA. All Goods are returned at the Customer’s risk and expense and should be undamaged by the Customer and in their original packaging. The Customer is responsible for returning Goods to us and for providing proof of delivery of such return.

All returned goods must be in “as sold” condition (in their original state) including all packaging, documentation, invoices etc. They must not been soldered, programmed or modified in any way.

Please note that semiconductors and electronics components are not refundable.


Our products are development boards, module boards, semiconductors and electronics components. These products are raw materials or non consumer products and are not suitable for general consumers use. They are not finished products and will never work without the Customer connecting them to other components, soldering or firmware programming in order for them to operate.

Although non consumer products are not covered under Australian Consumer Law, we however are like you, buy boards, parts and semiconductors to build things. When we are buying, we do hope that when a product is defective or DOA (death on arrival), the supplier will amicably replace, repair or refund our purchase.

If an item is DOA or defective, please contact us within 30 days after receiving the product, we will in our discretion replace, repair or refund the purchase. It is important that the Customer inspect or test the item within 30 days.

Freight Charges Relating to Warranty Items

Warranty repairs or replacements of goods is free of charge however freight charges to and from the service department is required to be paid by the Customer.

International Orders

International customers might need to pay customs duties and import charges at customer's end (if applicable). We cannot supply full customs documentation, but all parcels include required custom dockets. Should you required to return goods for any reason from outside of Australia, it is essential that customs documentation is included. If customs dockets are not included it can be a costly exercise to have the goods cleared by Customs and the customer must pay this charge. Failure to include customs documentation may result in long delays.


Our boards/kits/modules are intended for use for ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT, DEMONSTRATION, OR EVALUATION PURPOSES ONLY and is not considered to be a finished end-product fit for general consumer use. Persons handling the product(s) must have electronics training and observe good engineering practice standards. As such, the goods being provided are not intended to be complete in terms of required design-, marketing-, and/or manufacturing-related protective considerations, including product safety and environmental measures typically found in end products that incorporate such semiconductor components or circuit boards.
